Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up that are out of your control but this policy ensures that we can offer our time and services to all clients fairly and efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support. Late Cancellation
Any cancelations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your booking, falls under late cancellation and will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Same Day Cancellation
Same day cancelations will be charged 50% of your booking.

No Show
No shows will be charged 100% of your booking. 
Any reschedules or cancelations made within 1 hour of your appointment time falls under no show.

Free consultation promo:
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment OR no show, you will be charged a $50 fee.
